What will you play first?

So when March 5th rolls around and you open your brand new copy of MLB 13 The Show what are you planning on playing first? I am going to jump right into playoff mode and copy last years playoffs with my Atlanta Braves in the first ever Wildcard Playoff Game, hopefully winning this time. I'll continue playing until the first decent roster set is released.

I'm stuck between playing playoff mode when I first get it or to wait and savor all of the glory for when I make the playoffs in franchise.
But I may just fiddle around with franchise and see whats new until Knights rosters are out.

I usually check out all the new SCEA players and do some edits. Looking forward to having Starling Marte in the game.

As far as playing, I wouldn't be surprised if I spend all year only playing Playoff Mode.

DD most likely. Need to waste time until OSFM comes out before starting a franchise or RTTS.

I plan on playing Show live hopefully they will have it playable day one. Then make a RTTS shortstop play the daylights out of it. Then create my minor league St Louis Cardinals Franchise to OSFM drops!!!!!!!!!

I am very tempted to jump right into the new playoff mode but I am getting started with franchise right away. I may change my thinking on this later but I want to play at least two or three full seasons and getting an early start is the best way to do that. I'll restart my main franchise with the OSFM rosters once they come out after all they are not that important the first season anyway. That way I can get my personal franchise playing time stuff out of the way and get into playoff mode through the season. Then when OSFM comes out I can do a lot of my franchise simming when I get to be a fantasy GM

I plan on checking out franchise right away as well. Looking forward to seeing all the additions and how well polished everything is.

Spring training games in the exhibition mode. Until the OSFM rosters are out and the Mets are only a few games away from the opener. I have to make my mets prospects as well. I'll be spending 70% of the first month just doing that.

I always play RTTS till I get my guy to AAA. Then i'll go roam around the rest of the game.

Spring training games in the exhibition mode. Until the OSFM rosters are out and the Mets are only a few games away from the opener. I have to make my mets prospects as well. I'll be spending 70% of the first month just doing that.

I hate that the Mets traded away Dickey. I loved batting against him playing with the Braves.

I do the same, i edit for about an hour getting my stances right (might spend all night with the new editor) and my music set up, once pleased I jump into a exhibition game and get back into playing shape.
