Maybe Phoenix, they have a few talented young players (Beasley, Morris, Johnson). I don't know what their cap space looks like, but you could unload Scola (sp?) and Gortat for some picks to a contender. Plus they have a few picks from the Lakers coming. I think I have talked myself into starting a new Franchise....

Detroit, will have a lot of cap room in the coming off season, just needs a young distributor to be set

magic would be a great choice, you got a lot of potential in harkless and nicholson, solid players in redick and afflalo and to me nelson has run his course in orlando so hes great trade bait and davis is good trade piece also.

I like Toronto & Detroit. Maybe Cleveland? Milwaukee?

Anyways, I'm looking for players for my Association (No Fantasy Draft) so maybe you can check it out.
          Anyone wanna join?

If you do Detroit and want to be realistic trade your first round pick to Charlotte since they have it this year (Lottery protected) or next year (top 3 protected).

The Wizards are a good rebuilding team. I use them in OA. They have a lot of young talent and pontential.

John Wall, becomes a superstar, 90 ovr
Bradley Beal, becomes a star, 82 ovr
                Jordan Crawford, nice bench scoring
Seraphin, is a good post scorer.

I'm doing a Nuggets association, they already have a good solid foundation and don't have that many bad contracts. It's been a pretty easy rebuild for me. I love the roster I have now.

Toronto/Detroit/Minnesota and yes Phoenix. Phoenix if you can use Beasley too his skill set you can have a good core there plus you got Marcin Gortat by the way whose averaging double doubles. Detroit's fun too play with and got huge potential. They just got Calderon already got Knight and that duo between Monroe and Drummond. The Minnesota Timberwolves you must start from beginning if you wanta chance or if you want to make it interesting start with injuries. Shved if you can play with that kid he can shoot it lights out plus Rubios so fun too play with Kevin Love is a beast and you can even trade Brandon Roy for good pieces maybe even picks also you gotta great bench and Pekovic with AK47 is a great duo.
