The camera angles or lack there of take away a lot of the fun, but does anybody have experience with this? What kinda production did you have? Was it boring/fun etc?

Anybody playing with a DE/DT or OLB in CC?
Just finished my 15th season as an HC rebuilding the Browns and Cardinals and I've been interested in starting a new CC with a pass rushing DE prototypical DT or pass rushing/balance OLB.

Re: Anybody playing with a DE/DT or OLB in CC?
I had fun at first but lost interest after awhile. I'd recommend playing a 34 OLB because the position is a bit more versatile.
My most productive was playing a 34 DE on the Packers. Completely dominated, I quit because I was getting around 3 sacks a game which is just stupid production, especially for a 5 tech.
Like most player CCMs outside of QB it's hard to balance finding a fun position and one that let's you get a good amount of XP.
The most fun defensive position I had fun with was S and ILB, both it was impossible to get decent XP with no assisted tackles for ILB and as a S I never had the ball thrown my way so I had to start purposely letting guys get open so I could get some action.
Let me know what position you choose and how it works out. Defensive player CCM feels really lonely to me. The commentators never talk about you, the better you do in coverage the less XP you get, and the better your unit overall does you get to play less and less.
