MLB.TV on PS3 help

For some reason my MLB.TV app on my PS3 is showing me only last year's games to choose from and I can't advance the calender past October of 2012... anyone know what's up? I have the free month from the Show and linked the account to my system and it said everything set up correctly when I did it...

I think everyone is having issues, myself included.

They have to figure it out very soon.

Read on mlb.tv support forums to delete the app redownload the old app from the store. Power cycle the ps3 and it should load up. It will not update you to 4.0 anymore until they fix the issue.

Mine's been updated for about 1 1/2-2 weeks now. I'm not sure why some people are having problems.

What do you mean power cycle? Turn off and turn back on or something more than that?

How do you download the old app? The only one showing up is the one that doesn't work for me. Release date says 3.29.11, but it is giving me the problem of only showing the previous season.

Okay figured it out - had to clear the internet browser's cache and the current season loaded up.

My picture quality is good but I'm getting a consistent choppiness every minute or so. It looks like the picture changes size slightly for a moment. Any fix for this?

I saw the same thing, but I think I saw it with the "new" version of the app. I didn't see it last night when I deleted the app and re-downloaded it.

Which version are you on?

Try and delete the app, re-download and install it, power cycle your PS3, and then launch it again. It will go back to the old format (blue background and everything), and that one never really had a flicker problem.

They are working on the new look format now, and will re-release it again when it's stable.

I hope they just stick with the old app as it is right now. It's better than the new app anyway. Quicker audio switches and better compatibility with the ps3 remote.

I got version 3.0 quality goes from hd to sd, sucks.
