BREAKING! NCAA 14 will have all FCS teams! PASTAPADRE REPORT!
 

We have a breaking report from pastapadre.com. Apparently nCAA devs have confirmed that NCAA 14 will have all the FCS teams, as well as the FCS season and playoffs. You will be able to switch teams between FCS and FBS, and also you could rise through the ranks with a revamped Coaching Carousel. 1 star recruits will most go to FCS teams, making the entirety of the FBS more competitive with teams like Idaho able to grab 2 star recruits. However, FCS teams like Montana stand the chance to grab 3 star recruits.

The recruiting logic has been revamped, with recruits biased towards and against certain schools. If you have a recruit from Palo Alto, for example, and you control the Cal Golden Bears, he most likely will not give you the time of day. This new system is based on West Virginia's recruiting program. EA Sports will be adding $10 million to that schools scholarship fund for underprivileged walk ons.

Asked about the changes, EA Sports reps had this to say-

"This game will be better than all the previous NCAA games. It will surpass NCAA 06 and NCAA 11. Also, we will be starting a collaborative effort with the OS community for ideas. Realistic uniforms are at the top of the list. We may also see a twitter feature. This could be great for the game!"
