I saw something like this once check and see if there is a bug report. -
Re: WHOA!
Very strange. Did the number of outs change? Or did you happen to check the game log to see if it said anything?Comment

Re: WHOA!
I have had this happen before too. I have also had it happen where the baserunner on first is standing right behind the pitcher on the mound. Really weird.Comment

Re: WHOA!
I lost a game in large part to this bug two weeks ago. I haven't seen it since, so it is not a common occurrence.Comment

Re: WHOA!
I swear it happened to me too. It was a couple weeks back and I thought for sure a guy on third dissapeared. I wasn't actually playing I was half a** watching so I thought maybe I was just seeing things and I never looked into it. Now that I see this thread I'm pretty conviced lol...T.K.Comment

Re: WHOA!
I've seen this reported too. Did you hit a foul ball at any time during that at-bat with the pitcher?
The other guy reported his runner disappearing immediately after hitting a foul ball. He hit one that triggered that "initially ruled a home run then overturned to a foul ball" cutscene.Comment

Re: WHOA!
That's weird, I've never had this happen, at least I don't think I have. Maybe I should start paying attention more when I'm playing!Comment

Re: WHOA!
That's wired I had something like that happen once like a week or so ago I was up like 4-0 and the computer had guys on 1st and 3erd with one out and they hit a ball down the first base line that hit the base and then instead of what should have been 1st and 2nd with one out and a run scoring it was first and second and still 4-0 so what happened to the guy that was at 3erd and should have scored?Comment

Re: WHOA!
Has anyone noticed this happening if you sim your hitting for a half of an inning? I simmed my hitting today in a game for half an inning, Laird singled, pinch hitter Pena doubled so I have runners on 2nd and 3rd, and Simmons goes on to hit a double, but only one run was counted, and there was only Simmons on base, and no out was recorded, and I know that because Pena scored, so he would have scored 2nd and Laird should have scored first! This is kinda weird!Comment

Re: WHOA!
I've seen a similar bug. I can't remember exactly what happened. But it was something along the line of when the batter fouled the ball off and all of a sudden a base runner appeared on 3rd base. Fortunately the batter did not get a hit with the subsequent pitches and the base runner disappeared when the next batter came to the plate.Comment
