I play center for the Hawks and in buzzer beater situations my team often fails to shoot the ball appropriately. For example when we are down by 3 with seconds left to go they will drive the ball and try for a layup or something. Is there something I can do or a play I can choose to get my team to shoot 3s on command?

the best thing I've found (as I've started multiple careers)
is to figure out team I want to play with
then before I start a career, go up/edit their shot tendency in rosters.
I edit the mess outta my team so I can get shooters to shoot when they are open
the worse thing in the world is when a shooter is open and holds the ball
or
decides to drive into the teeth of the defense for a horrible shot.
