Hello!
I just joined OS to say that I completed an updated NHL 12 roster with the latest NHL rosters. I haven't gone through the AHL teams except for moves from AHL to NHL or NHL to AHL. I can post what I have completed so far if that interests anyone. If updated AHL rosters are really important, I can work on that as well. I haven't updated individual players attributes, just the roster moves. If there is interest, I will post! Thanks!

Hey guys, I wanted to wait to make any further announcements about my roster set (I had to make sure I wouldn't hit the create-a-player limit), but I'm getting fairly close to finishing these. I will have all of the NHL rosters updated with ratings to reflect each player's respective performance this season. I also have added all prospects who have at least a 7.0 skill level according to Hockey's Future. I am also working on creating players from the 2013 and 2014 draft classes, with maybe a few 2015 draftees thrown in too (already created the next Crosby, Connor McDavid). The only problem is for people wanting to play Be A GM mode with these. As some players are stuck in the CHL due to their age, I had to create duplicates of them to place them on NHL rosters (like Yakupov and and I think RNH amongst others), so I will be creating a Play Now roster set (with all rosters accurate including duplicates) and a GM Mode set (with duplicates removed). This means for the GM mode rosters that players like Yakupov and RNH will start out in the CHL and will have to go through the draft again. Sadly, that is the best I can do given the circumstances I have to work with. But Be A GM Mode should still be exciting with these rosters as so many prospects will be added in, along with future draftees. I'll post more about this project when it is closer to completion.

You have to create a custom team, put all the rookies in it, go to roster moves, trade them in their respective teams and retrade them into the custom team, this should be ok in BAGM if I remember it correctly

Wow, you're right! I just assumed that there would be duplicate players in BAGM, but after playing it a few times, I've come to see that this is not the case. This is amazing news! Well, I believe that I can safely say that this roster will be released in a matter of days. Maybe by Monday. Maybe this weekend. We'll see. I'm just trying to double check everything right now and run through BAGM a few times to see if anything seems out of whack.

Probably tomorrow, but I'm working on it like I'm trying to get it done today.

And one slight non-issue: I accidentally put a second Slater Koekkoek (Tampa Bay prospect) into the roster file, so whenever I went to BAGM, Tampa had two Slater Koekkoeks. To fix this, I edited those two Slater Koekkoek's stats to 36 (the lowest they can possibly be) and created a third Slater Koekkoek with the real attributes, so TB will have THREE Slater Koekkoeks listed on their full roster (the real one is in the AHL, the two 36 ones are in the CHL), but now only one of the Slater Koekkoeks will actually have any chance of playing in the NHL. The same issue came up with a 2013 NHL Draft prospect, but that has been fixed using the same method (Jimmy Lodge of the Saginaw Spirit of the OHL). There are two Lodges on Saginaw, one a 36 and the other the real person. There is also a Lodge duplicate (36 overall) in the free agent pool.
