Biggest blown lead that you had in MLB 13 the show

For me there was a RTTS game between the Pirates and the Giants (I was the Pirates), we were beating the Giants 11-6 entering the top of the 9th but the Giants scored 8 runs to take 14-11 lead in the 9th inning 3 off of Josh Spence 4 off of Jonathan Broxton 1 off of Jeff Locke.

6 runs in the 8th and ninth innings combined in the AAA International league championship..game 5, with the series tied 2 games a piece with my team's #1 rival, Columbus. Had a huge lead and my worst possible nightmare on THE SHOW happened that night. For more detail on the collapse, check out my Louisville Bats franchise over in the dynasty HQ. Still not over that one.
Check out my three critically acclaimed dynasties in the Dynasty HQ section:

I blew a 5-0 first inning lead. Ended up winning though. Final was like 10-8

Going into the 8th I was winning 10-0. Ended up winning 15-13
The other one was the opposite.. Losing by 8 in the 7th, ended up winning 9-8 in the ninth

Had a 7-0 with Red Sox against Yankees through 6 with Lester. Took him out for bullpen to start 7th and gave up 2. No problem right? Gave up 5 in eighth (grand slam by Teixeira off Bard) and a 3 run home run by Granderson off Uehara. Lost 10-7. Almost felt like Bobby Valentine was looking over my shoulder. Guess I'll be fired at the end of the season.

Blew a 7-1 lead in the 9th last week and fortunately won 8-7 after extras.

This happens more often than I'd like to admit. When leading big late in a match, I will often neglect to warm up my relievers properly. Who can be bothered tossing eight warm-up pitches to get your guy loose for the sake of a few outs? Nek minnit... you're in a save situation.

That is why I love The Show. Short cuts are punished, as they would be in real life.

Blown leads on RTTS have always been RIDICULOUS.

I can't even count the number of times my team led by more than 7, 8 runs just to be beaten on the 8th, 9th innings. It's infuriating.

                Ha.. Talkimg about blown leads..

Just finished my chise gamr vs Detroit.. Was winning 7-0 in the 6th, my pitcher Daniel Hudson was throwing perfecto.. Then, I allowed a double. Perfecto gone. However, my pitcher collapsed. Tigers came back to tie the game at 7.

From perfecto to 7 runs allowed in 10 minutes

Re: Biggest blown lead that you had in MLB 13 the show

Oh man. Last night I blew a 7-0 lead at Wrigley Field.

I let the Cubs score 6 in the bottom of the 7th inning, they tied it in the 8th and walked off 8-7 in the 10th.

I should probably package up my disc and mail it back to the store after that.

Despite it being 3am, I couldn't possibly go to bed after that disgraceful effort, so I played again. As you might imagine I wasn't at my best (lost 3-0) but won the third game 8-6.

It was 6am by that stage. Not ideal, but no way in hell I could go to bed after a choke like that!

I had a 7-0 lead, Sabathia was having an awesome game with 7 strikeouts and only 2 hits in the 5th inning. Then took a come backer off of his plant leg, and continued to give up 7 runs over the next two innings. I played it off as him having a sore leg.(Gotta use imagination sometimes.) I still won 8-7 in 13 innings. David Robertson got the victory.

Blew a 7 run lead playing as the Oakland A's against the White Sox, score was 9-2 in the 7th, I gave up a 9 spot in the bottom of that inning , came back in the top of the 9th and blasted a 3 run hr with Cespedes and took the lead 12-11 before Balfour blew it in the 9th, losing 12-13. It was just one of those games where the CPU basically hit anything I threw.

Blew a 11 run lead a few weeks ago, I will NEVER forget it. I was facing the Tigers and was up 11-0 going into the 6th inning. I had Rex Brothers fresh out of the bullpen so my hopes where high. Well, walked the bases loaded and gave up a grand slam. Started to warm up Jordan Walden to help stop the bleeding even though I was up by 7. Got out of the 6th, and Walden took care of the 7th and the 8th. I bring in my closer, Brain Wilson and I promptly walk the bases loaded and AGAIN give up a grand slam on a 0-2 back-door slider right below the strike zone near the knees. 11-8, I still figured no problem, WRONG. I walk the next 2 and give up a bases clearing double to bring it within 1. I replace Wilson with Aroldis (sp?) Chapman and he gives up 2 doubles and ties the game. SO, after all of that fluff, I pause the game and decide what I am going to do next. the only long reliever I have is a 24 year old rookie that I just called up to replace my Ace whom went on the DL.

Against what I normally would do, I warm the kid up and stick him in for the 10th. THANKFULLY he survives the 10th and the 11th and I was able to hit a walk off HR to win the game.

WORST GAME I have ever experienced since I started to play the game, but I understand that freak incidents do occur and I am responsible for the way I pitch. I still won the game, and it in fact made me play another game to make sure I learned my lesson. My next game ended 7-3 and no HUGE meltdowns
