Does anyone not like the layout for this upcoming game? Same with Madden, it's looking like the new Windows 8, they're all boxes and things like that. I especially don't like it for the Xbox. What do you guys think?

I play games, so I couldn't care less about the layout. Supposedly it's faster, so that's really all that matters.

I like the flatter menus. If they are focusing on getting us into a game quicker then I am all for it. I hate that when I start up my PS3 I have to hit X, start, wait, start, wait, down, x. to get into a dynasty. The intro video is cool the first time you play the game, but after that it is just annoying.

Speed rules to me. Right now it takes me like 5 minutes from system start up to get the menu loaded. Way too long. I actually don't mind the tile look for menus.

I'm all for change, especially with how awful and laggy the menus were in 12 and 13.

These menus are a vast improvement over the 3D **** in '13.

I'm not a fan of Windows 8 on my computer but as long as the menus are fast in the game that's all I care about. With the old menus it would take 10 mins to start the game, load your dynasty and get into a game simply because the menus took forever. As long as it's fast, i'm ok with whatever look they want to go with.

Fast menus also make it much easier on the roster editors.

Like Colt45 said it is supposed to be faster and that's the only thing that matters to me.
