Luke Kuechly has slow development in Madden 13?
sorry if this isn't thread worthy... or if it's been brought up before... but I just did a fantasy draft, and got Luke Kuechly, thinking he'd be a stud in the future. Then I saw he had slow development. I was just wondering what in god's name they were thinking when they gave him that. It has to be a mistake, right?Tags: None -
Re: Luke Kuechly has slow development in Madden 13?
The problem is that the rookie development seemed to have been set within the first couple weeks and never got touched again afterwards, which is obviously ridiculous but yeah, it leads to guys like Kuechly and Coples ending up with "Slow" because they started out with a few slow games. You gotta have Hope! (My Minnesota Vikings franchise)
After an incredible 2012 season ends with a Super Bowl win, Hope Turner and her Vikings are trying to prove that their performance was more than just a one-shot.Comment

Didn't kuechly absolutely dominate his first preseason game? Like 10 tackles an int and fumble forced or something crazy? The problem is that the rookie development seemed to have been set within the first couple weeks and never got touched again afterwards, which is obviously ridiculous but yeah, it leads to guys like Kuechly and Coples ending up with "Slow" because they started out with a few slow games.Comment

Don't remember, but I think I remember he had kind of a slow start in the regular season and that's probably what led to the low development rating. You gotta have Hope! (My Minnesota Vikings franchise)

I'm assuming they made the development rating before the regular season started thoughComment

Lukes development in the latest roster is star. So no it's not thread worthy.“If you meet the Buddha in the lane, feed him the ball.”-Phil Jackson

I wish Development was dynamic, in that once players started hitting or failing certain goals their development would change. Then they could have it where once players hit 30 or so their development would change to slow. As they aren't going to get remarkably better as they get older.Athletics Franchise:

I just checked the newest roster, and you're right, he has star development in that. But in the end of the season roster for online CC, he has slow development.Comment

True. But it's a good pick up for you anyway. He is a superstar already.“If you meet the Buddha in the lane, feed him the ball.”-Phil Jackson

Re: Luke Kuechly has slow development in Madden 13?
He actually started out Star, and never changed in the normal updates.
In fact NO players changed dev whatsoever in the normal updates, from their original dev ratings. IE R. Wilson is normal, but has a good OVR etc.
Dev ratings were only changed in the online CCM roster updates. So if you want most of the dev's correct you need to use online rosters - but you end up with a few odd balls like Kuechly at slow.Comment
