    long term injuries

anyone else notice the ratio of long term vs short term injuries very high?

in almost 2 months of season, ive had about 15 injuries, and only two were 2 weeks or less. most are 2-3 months and 2 were 6 months or more.

i don't mind the amount of injuries, but the magnitude seems crazy. doesn't anyone just get a bruise or twist something in this game?!

My franchise has been the opposite. I'm at the halfway point of the season and I've had only 1 long term injury (DL warranted) compared to 10-15 day-to-day injuries. I have my injury slider up to 8

Much the same in my franchise. Although I think the game really just does a good job of being random - which is pretty true to life/great.

Same. Though in my first year of franchise one of my prospects suffered a career ending injury and he was 20. First time I see something like that
        New York Yankees
        Green Bay Packers
        San Antonio Spurs

My experience is that Long Term Injuries happen more on higher levels. If you're playing Legend, you get more. If you play on All-Star, you get less.
Sounds like you're playing on HOF or Legend.

I am in week two of my current franchise with the Yankees. So far I have had two injuries. Curtis Granderson tore a finger ligament, and is out for 2 to 3 months. Fransisco Cervelli pulled a calf muscle, and is out for 2 to 3 weeks. Seems reasonable so far.
