I searched a thread like this and actually didn't find it. Who is your favorite player to use in 2k? Who is your favorite lowly rated player in 2k?

For me my favorite player to use is probably Kyrie Irving and my favorite underrated player is Rashard Lewis.

My favorite player to use is Kemba Walker. I am a Charlotte Bobcats fan lol. My favorite underrated player to use is Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers. He is a beast

Jrue Holiday and Dion Waiters.Not really underrated but their not popular players., as in most people don't think to use them.

Iman Shumpert - Great defense, hi-flyer and runs the fast break as good as anyone...

Jamal Crawford - Mr. Instant offense off the bench. When playing online I like to start him. This guy is a scoring machine...

Eric Bledsoe - Russell Westbrook 2.0

O.J. Mayo - See Jamal Crawford except he doesn't come off the bench

i also for some, odd reason fell in love with using fab melo after he had a 12 rebound 5 block game

where he is listed as a PG, has a pass rating, and isnt running around dunking on someone anytime he touches it

Rashard Lewis is not underrated, foh. Definitely low rated though.

As for me, my favourite player to use was dirk in 2k12 but not as much in 2k13. In 2k13 it has to be either Ben Gordon, Lamarcus Aldridge or Jose Calderon. As far as low rated players go, I love using non athletic white dudes who bomb threes: Novak, Carroll, bonner, kapono, and of course my favourite player Mike Miller!

Aside from the usual suspects (Novak, T-Ross, etc...) I have a couple players that I make a point of picking up in any online association I play in.

Leandro Barbosa - For my money is the best backup caliber point guard in the game. He is incredibly fast and incredibly good at finishing at the rim, which is the recipe for success out of the PG slot in 2K. Doesn't hurt that his release has the longest "perfect" window in the game seemingly, making him a very good 3-pt shooter.

Johan Petro - Really, what more do you need out of a center in 2K than good rebounding? Johan is one of the better rebounders in the entire game. Plus, he has a VERY good midrange game that catches a lot of people off guard. Who really cares if he's terrible at everything else?

Marrese Speights - Easy release with a good midrange game. Nice big to use off the bench.

Kyle Singler - Really good 3-pt shooter who always seems to hit clutch shots for me, and is capable of playing the 1-4.

My favorite player- KI, Kyrie Irving. With him I can play a pure point, slasher, 3pt specialist, everything! He just makes the whole team play better.

Underrated Player- Dion Waiters- I've had Dion take games over. He can also do it all offensively, so versatile.

Can't decide between the Kevins - Love and Durant - as my favorite. Both their shots are so easy, and when they get it going especially from the arc, it's really fun.

Underrated...right now it's a guy who's not even on the actual roster anymore: Josh Harrellson. Big on the boards, clears all kind of space inside and should probably have Brick Wall - he sets some killer picks. And I was stunned to see he had a solid J from at least 18-20.

Heat could have probably used him (or at least his 2K version) in these Finals, LOL.

My favorite player to use is Kevin Love. He owns the defensive boards and he drains three pointers with ease.

My favorite underrated player is Anthony Randolph. He's so versatile and athletic. He consistently fills stat sheets across the board, whether it be scoring, rebounding, passing, or blocking shots.
