Can someone explain these symbols to me
 

So if I hold one of the triggers I get the option to push the stick up to see my play art, down to see my hot and cold. I know what those mean. It is the left to see run and right to see pass that I have no clue what they mean. There are green, yellow and red symbols. What is it for? Thanks for any info.

Red means disadvantage. Green means you have the advantage, and yellow means its even.

This if for blocking, and for route running match-ups.
