Hi, I've started a dynasty with Eastern Michigan, but i'm having a hard time understanding the scouting process. Obviously I realize that 5* recruits won't sign with my team, but could someone go through the process of how to scout successfully? I'm never in the lead for 4* recruits or 3* recruits, and it's usually like -350 or -400. How do I bring that up/How do I attract recruits? I end up with the CPU scouting really crappy 44 or 52 overall players who I don't want on my team. Is there anyway to attract players in the 70s? this is my 2nd year playing but last year I was primarily a RTG player, this year i'm trying dynasty mode.

Have you tried recruiting in your pipeline states? Also try to recruit players that are actually interested in going to your school. I'm playing a Georgia State dynasty and recruited a 3* HB who will be the future of the team. I recruited only from the state of Georgia as those players were the only ones actually interested and considering going to Georgia State. -
