I have a code for GameStop 360. Cannot seem to find out how to redeem it? Went to GameStop.com/code but my code is too short to be entered there. Is there a section in game where I redeem this code?

I read somewhere on OS where it is under the actual Ultimate Team in game. Hope you find it.

I had this problem as well. You redeem the code in game. Go to Ultimate Team, then Settings, then Redeem Code.

I redeemed it on the store and then loaded my game... There was a message saying something about what happened to the pack but I think I hit x to fast to read it. Any ideas on where it went. It's not under unopened packs???Thanks.

I got my Amazon code a few hours ago, they're usually pretty good about providing codes within 24 hours of release day.

Walmart though, haven't gotten that code yet.

You have to back out to the main menu then go to unopened packs. It should be there.

got mine at walmart .. did exactly what it said to redeem code but have never gotten it! only stupid movie credits ... anyone else having the same problem??

I got mine from Wal-Mart and also was only able to unlock the movie credits. . . I wonder if anyone who got the Wal-Mart code was able to get the DLC pack.

I got mine from Wal-Mart as well and only have received the movie credits.... Not really happy about it. Please tell me someone has found a solution.
