Installation on 360 stuck at 0%
 

Anyone try to install the game on your 360 hard drive? I downloaded the update and the tuner first, but all I could delete was the tuner. Is there something stopping the install process?

that is odd,i dl the patch an tuner first ,played an exhib game then installed it to hd

It did eventually get to 1% after about 15 minutes, which is the same thing that happened when I originally tried installing NHL 13. I don't remember how I got it to cleanly install, but the game ran poorly.

There's plenty of room on my HD.

I honestly haven't ever had this issue before but if I were having it I would delete everything relating to the game from the HD and then clear the system cache and try again fresh

Last attempt from last night: Deleted everything game related, cleared the cache, restarted the 360. Same problem: The game installation takes 10 minutes to reach 1% installed. I stopped the install procedure and started the game.

I tried the Nike skills trainer, and got sev--er-----al mome-----ntary game freezes during the play and at the menus.

I don't believe this any more of a bug than others have reported with freezing issues, but it's odd that the game won't install or perhaps be read properly from the disc.

After Googling the issue, I'm going to try this (after an agonizingly long day at work):

1. clear system cache
2. restart console
3. sign out of xbox live
4. attempt game install

Apparently, there were some issues like this reported on IGN's Team Xbox forum and the people with the issues reported success.

Has anyone had any similar experiences?

Still looking for help...

I did all the cache clear thing, restarted, signed out, etc. The 360 disc is spinning, but I only get to about 2% installed after 15 minutes. Any thoughts?
