Spiking the ball

Am i missing something or did they change the controls for hurrying up to the line and spiking the ball??? Triangle is for hurry up offense and holding Circle was hurry to the line and spike. I've tried this on several occasions and nothing happens. The post-play highlight plays then i'm back at the playcall screen with no timeouts and no way to stop the clock. Did it change??

I think you hold triangle and then press R1.

This. You do normal hurry up, and then when the play selection screen comes up, at the bottom it says "R1 = Spike".
