Question about packs
 

So, are the contents of a pack determined when u BUY the pack or when u OPEN the pack. So for example, the elites that are put in packs then taken out. If I bought a pack a week ago, but didn't open it until the new elites with emmitt Smith were in packs, will I have a chance to pull emmitt or no? I hope that makes sense.
