Question about teambuilder xbox/PS3 compatability

I've heard conflicting info about whether xbox users can download teambuilder teams created for PS3. Xbox users cant find teams created by PS3, but I've also heard that if they have the timestamp, then they can find and download them. Is this true? Is the timestamp the time info located beside my teams when I access teambuilder through my console?

Yes, the date and time next to the teams is the time stamp. And yes, you can download any team on either console.
