...can I be fired as coach and if so what happens next? Do I continue with my teambuilder dynasty under a newly hired coach or do I become a coach looking for a new school?

I'm curious when you hit the coach skill level where u can find the best matchup. Is the red triangle the best or the orange minus? I know it may sound like a dumb question but I can't find it anywhere!!Comment
