Using alternate TB jerseys in RTG mode?

Hi, does anyone know how to access/use your created TB team's alternate jerseys or helmets in RTG mode? There does not seem to be an option prior to the high school games. In addition, does anyone know if you are able to use the college school's alternate jerseys in RTG mode once you start your college career? Or is RTG mode limited to using the default jerseys/helmets only? Thanks in advance.
