CPU overriding my team's lineup in postseason?

Just started playing franchise and have discovered that the computer doesn't honor my lineup during the playoffs. This isn't guys getting a day off, it's the whole lineup being screwed up every game.

It seems to work fine in the regular season, but not in October. Which is frustrating as heck.

I presume this is either a well-known bug or there's some kind if quick fix for it?

First thing I thought of is if you just instantly simmed to the playoffs without doing anything.

The lineups probably get shuffled around during and after September callups. Especially after, if even one of the players in one of your lineups is actually a minor leaguer that is just "visiting," that lineup will then be missing a spot, and the CPU will be forced to make an adjustment.

Try simming to the last day of regular season, set your lineups (make sure they dont involve anyone that isn't on your 25 man roster), then continue on to the playoffs again.

See if it happens that way.

Thanks. I did reset my lineups right before the playoffs started. And it wasn't just one or two positions that were off...the lineups that were used bore no relation to the ones I'd set. My lead off hitter batted cleanup, my #9 guy batted lead off. In fact, I don't think a single player was in the correct slot in the batting order. In addition, my starting catcher didn't play once (and I went all the way to game 7 of the WS) and my best hitter was relegated to pinch-hitting. It was totally wacky!
