So basically, I've been messing around with all the features within Owners Mode.
Today I decided to just relocate everyone I could, having already relocated 3 teams.
Those teams include Tennessee to Houston Oilers, Jacksonville to Mexico City as the Golden Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs to London as the Bulldogs.
When I started my relocation process today I noticed after moving The Raiders back to L.A., I could still move another team to L.A......
I have no idea if this was a glitch or if I may have not been paying 100% to what I was doing with L.A., but I will confirm if this is the case as soon as the next season begins. BUT what I did discover was a new destination for The Oilers.
I was able to move The Oilers to L.A. and keep their logo and uniforms. So if anyone wants to create the Oilers in Texas, but feel like the Texans have pretty much took Houston as their own, you can also move the Oilers to San Antonio and Austin!!
So in conclusion.
.1 The Houston Oilers dont have to be in Houston. You can move them to any city. But you have to move to Houston first. Wait there until the option is available then PACK UP AND MOVE!!
.2 You may be able to move TWO teams to L.A.( I'll confirm later.)
