I traded in enough stuff to pay off my PS4 reserve, so I am also working on paying off the Xbone. I have always had to have all the consoles; Titanfall and Forza 5 have made me want the new Xbox. Perhaps it's foolish to get both, but I plan to put the xbox one in the living room with all the space to use Kinect and the PS4 in my office. I'm excited and can't wait to get them both. I am working a side job to pay for these consoles and the games, so no money is being taken from our regular budget.

I'm planning on getting both. I already have the XBO paid off. My original plan was to get the PS4 with my tax return early next year, but as long as I hold the lead I have in my fantasy baseball league, I'll have enough to get it right away (or as soon as the second shipments are in since I don't have one preordered.)Comment

Yes......but not the XB right away.
There is zero that screams "must have" for me on the One right.
I've always owned both consoles, so I'll have it ...but it will be when there is an exclusive that grabs me.

Getting a launch PS4 and probably the Xbox One during tax season. Well I'll get it as long as there are a few exclusives to pull me in. Not gonna purchase it early and only buy cross platform titles. Getting both at launch, I don't really want to but I couldn't decide between them (and don't get me wrong I intended to get both eventually), the fact that work happened to have a ton of overtime available towards the end of the Summer just made my decision to get both at launch a whole lot easier.Favorite Teams:

I'm buyin the PS4, wife surprised me and is buying us an Xbox One.
PS4 is primarily for co-op gaming w/ friends and will probably go back and forth on which console to buy games for based on reviews of those games/exclusives. Xbox One will become the media hub in the living room (w/ PS4 connected to it most likely) the way our 360 is now.Comment

Pre-Ordered and paid off my XBox One, Ghosts, Madden and an extra controller from Best Buy.
Pre-Ordered the PS4 Battlefield Bundle on Amazon (Was planning to resell) However I changed my mind and Im actually going to get both so I added Ghosts, and FIFA14 to my PS4 preorder.
Still trying to think of maybe 1 or 2 more games to add. Maybe Watch Dogs.XO GT: TDavis45

For me the Xbone is losing steam and fast. As it gets closer to release I'm just feeling the one system will be enough till next year.

I think the possibility of a free game is the only thing that's keeping me hanging on for the Xbone. I moved to Virginia this past weekend and the wife and kids along with the movers won't get here until the 1st of Nov. I just don't see having anytime for 1 console let alone 2.
I still have my Vita and I dumped my Xbox 360 last week I just feel out the gate the PS4 is the best bang for the buck in my case.
