NHL 2K8 Opening Night '13 360

Hello Hello. Attached are the opening night rosters for NHL 2k8 as of October 4, 2013. Hope you enjoy...includes lots of new players. Players with long-term injuries are scratches- adjust as needed.

For file transfer questions, use Modio or Horizon....remember to change it to YOUR profile. See previous posts or College Hoops 2K8 transfer info for help...once you get it, it's a breeze...especially with a USB.

Please check out my sliders and modify to your liking. I kind of live the speed up to simulate actual game real-life speed.

Remember when playing a season to sub out Atlanta, Florida, Nashville and LA...and bring in the created teams Winnipeg, LA, Florida and Nashville.

Season mode is great- very accurate sim stats...I like playing with ALL teams and adjusting lines throughout the actual NHL season.
Franchise freezes season two...

I can't find a workaround the new divisions so am just playing classic divisions.

The d-men are a lot better now and the goalie animations are world class... Lots of penalties too!

Classic teams are still there- thanks to Fiddy.

Keep on eye out on the NHL2K10 rosters- Fiddy is working on the build...

Played 2k8 with these rosters last night and it was spectacular. Good stuff.

Excited for Fiddy as well. Gotta shoot him a msg to see if he is thinking of adding my skater edit to his newest set, if not, with his permission I'll make an alternate set if its ok.

I think 2k8 is gonna get some good play time. Good work man

Bahh, just gave in and bought '14 this weekend after my post didn't get a response. Oh well, I'll give these a shot anyway!

I noticed a few quirks on the roster after I started...Flames penalty kill line up wasn't set, and a couple teams had captains out due to injuries...Also noticed the a few players had gloves from their old teams...



If anyone notices anything glaring visually, please let me know and I'll fix at the next update....

I also had to lower the CPU offense to 50..I was getting slaughtered as the Flyers by the Flames, Oilers and Canucks- I think I might have to fire Lavy....oh wait, that actually just happened....

Zemgus Girgensons from Sabres is in 24th place in NHL with 26 hits, but his aggression is only 50...
His other attributes aren't quite represent him well either...
If you plan to update this roster in future, then maybe take a look at him too!!

Thanks for the feedback...will adjust in next update....Always looking for helpful suggestions...(i.e. ratings, equipment, #'s, etc)

I downloaded Modio and when tried to drag the rosters into it I could not get it to work does anyone know what I could do to make it work

If Modio is giving you difficulties, try using Horizon...it seems like it's a little more user friendly....make sure you resign/rehash the user profile to match your user profile. A great guide is listed in the Other Basketball Games/College Hoops 2K8 roster section...hope it works for you.

The horizon program does not work on my computer is there any way to make the roster file work on Modio for it. Thank you.
