Online Dynasty Load Screen Freezing

So our OD has had freezing issues the last two days. In the PAC 12 title game we would go into the game screen after invite, both click ready and then my opponent would freeze and my screen would just look like nothing happened. This would happen after a brief "transferring content screen".

We tried this about 7 times. My opponent deleted every NCAA related save file and still no help. So we simmed it. Today, the same thing was happening between two different users in the national championship game.

The one common link we found is that in each case one user had downloaded the paid uniform packs and one had not. I also read in the bugs and glitches thread that this freezing was linked to the uniform packs.

Putting aside the obvious professional and ethical issues on EA's side, how do we fix this?

The obvious answer would be to have all users buy the uniform packs (again I'll leave the ethics if that for another thread). However, they were "unavailable" for pack 3 and they were getting an error on pack 4.

The only other solution I can think of is to somehow delete the uniform packs (that we paid for). I haven't found the file that they would be located in (Game Data Utility?). My worry is that if I delete all of the game files that I would lose my Ultimate Team stuff too...

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

I am on 360 so I may not be much help.

I do know that deleting the uniform packs fixed all these issues in my OD. I just redownload them after the user game and delete/redownload any week I play a user.

I do know that, on the 360, I have cleaned out all the NCAA 14 data and done a fresh install twice since launch, and both times I kept all my UT stuff, I think it is saved on the server.

That being said, there should be a way to delete the files on the PS3, I mean, they have to be saved somewhere, right?

You would think, right? Lol

I think it is in the Game Data Utility. Not sure what is comparable to that on the 360. I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the reply!

I just made a post about this. I didn't see this one. My buddy and I are playing a two team OD and we play each other in week 2 but every time we try this happens. The only uniform packs either of us have downloaded were whatever the free one was. The first one?

Either way, you're saying that if we both delete the Game Date it should work?

I just had this exact same thing happen to me in an online dynasty user game on PS3. I deleted my game utility data, but that did not delete my uniform packs. I've looked everywhere for the saved game data to just delete the packs myself, but I can't seem to locate them. Google searches are also no help.

Ever since I've been selecting NO when it asks to save I haven't had any issues but the other guy in my OD keeps having the game freeze after he finishes his week ten game vs Michigan St. This is annoying as ****.

I had the same issue but I didn't have to delete the uniform packs. I just selected the uniforms that weren't part of any of the packs and it worked for me
