Triple-option bug
 

Anyone else having problems with triple option? It seems to me that whenever you try and run a triple option out of no huddle, there's a good chance that the play will be broken where the qb just keeps it and you can't hand it off to your first or second option. It doesn't matter if it's out of the flexbone or spread shotgun, it always happens. It pisses me off since this can be a huge drive killer since you almost always take a loss of yards when this bug occurs. Anyone figure out a fix or a way to avoid this?

It's def an issue. I get glitched runs out of shotgun all the time in no huddle. I just don't call those plays or,don't run no huddle very often

I've seen this a fair amount in my spread option PB and its definitely not solely with triple options. I've seen it on read options as well as jet sweep and even inside zone hand offs to the HB.

It's such a good scheme though if you actually incorporate all the read option with all the PA passes that come with them. I guess not calling those plays as often during no huddle is the only solution we have right now.

I forgot it also happens with jet sweeps pretty frequently, it's just not as disastrous as when it glitches during triple option. If there's something that I really want EA to fix it's this.

Yeah its unfortunate

It definitely sucks when I am playing a user or an important CPU game, I am down and have to go no huddle, I call a pass play but get a wide open look for the run, audible to it and lose 3 yards because of the glitch on an otherwise safe defense to run on.

I've had it happen on pretty much any run except draws

This. I'm trying to change up my offensive scheme from a ground and pound, time of possession oriented offense to a no-huddle, read-option heavy offense but this glitch is such a huge concern that I'm scared of trying to run my new offense in user games, especially in ultimate team head to head games where each quarter is only 3 minutes and one huge mistake can pretty much determine if you lose a game or not.

I put a triple option onto my audible list. Running no-huddle, then audibling to the triple option seems to work. Give that a try.

now that's something I haven't thought of, I'll definitely give it a try.
