    Re-signing players after relocating

I started a owner game as the Rams and decided to move them to Mexico City. It is the off-season and even though I have $47 million, it says I only have $830k to re-sign players.

What happened? Do I have to have a certain amount available to sign players? It also says I have $21 million under the cap.

I simmed the first season, so I can re-do it if I have to.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Future Rookie cap space. You must have a lot of draft picks, or a lot of first round draft picks.

Thank you for the reply, that is what it was. I had made some minor trades and got a extra 4th and a couple of 6th and 7th rounders, but the Rams start with 2 1st rounders and I was going to have the 1st and 9th picks so it locked up 15.6 mil for the rookies.

Guess I will start that over and not make any trades!

Is there a formula for how much you have to have in reserve for each pick?

      Thanks again.
