XBox1 version of 2k14 graphics
Every video and screenshot we have seen is of the PS4 version. LDK or some one what does the XB1 version look like? Just want see if the console screens compare.

The console's architectures are so similar there shouldn't be ANY noticeable difference. If anything, the PS4's would look a little better. PS4 will surely look better with first party titles, third parties tend to look the same (if the hardware is similar enough, which it is). -

Remember the first trailer it was during the E3 Conference of Sony.

Actually, what Microsoft tried to pull would have made for a better gaming experience for many, maybe even most, people. Me, definitely. However it would have screwed some folks. Most people who went off the handle would rarely have encountered the situation they were so deathly afraid of.
Too bad they didn't find a happy middle ground that allowed all the connectivity features and offline gaming.Comment

My guess would be the games are nearly identical. However, you might get a higher resolution from the PS4 version. Maybe Xbox One is 720p or 900p and the PS4 is 1080p?
Or maybe the PS4 is 60 fps and the Xbox One is 30fps?
For those getting an Xbox One, I'm sure it will look great. If you notice things like the difference between 60 and 30 fps or have a TV large enough to distinguish between 1080p and lesser HD formats...maybe get the PS4 version. These are just opinions.
I'm still on the fence on which one to get. Have both on order (both day one) from amazon. Leaning toward the PS4 because it IS more powerful in both the GPU and Ram. For someone like me who doesn't have a gaming PC, i want the most powerful box.
But if the steambox turns into something great, ill get that.Comment

They could still implement their vision. Their restrictions is what is the issue. Online DRM is an issue. How were they trying to better the industry doing that? No, they wanted to take ahold of the industry and strangle it for more money.#dairyfreeComment

LOL at people like you. To appease the consumer, you meant, right? and the console is still 500 dollars. Please tell me why people should spend the extra 100 dollars if they are not interested on kinect? I think force feeding kinect down people's throat is MS main issue at the moment. The xbone is a fine console, but i still think they fundamentally screwed up with the decision to sell the console with kinect.
Moreover, they went back on everything the originally said because the backlash was HUGE, let's not act like they did it because they acknowledged things like DRM, online checkdown every time you play, etc were bad ideas.Comment
