Im looking for a good team to be in a dynasty. Im trying to keep it at 2 star and under. I just need a team with good stadium, jerseys, fans, atmosphere. Maybe a small team with the most upside.

If you will be posting updates and such I'd suggest being careful with this.
If you win too many game too fast with a small team you will get chastised for setting the game too low (difficulty-wise).
That said, I think Air Force has some sweet uniforms and I'd also suggest UTEP as I like their colors and the fact that they are in Texas will help you in recruiting.Comment

Kent State is very fun. Dri Archer is fun to use all over the field and their backup running back is good too. And schedule wise you play LSU and Penn St. in the first season.Comment

It sounds like you're looking for SMU. After receiving the death penalty, SMU has watched their Football program transition into life support while their biggest rival TCU has started gaining National Attention. Their stadium is gorgeous, as is their campus and they're located in Dallas, TX. You'd be in recruiting battles with Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State constantly. But there are more than enough recruits to pick from. Build this school back up into recognition and then after a few Top 25 seasons, move them into the Big 12 so you share a conference with your rival TCU.Comment
