People won't like these videos but I think it's fair to show them, as the devs need to see the issues and maybe Patch them. Maybe when LD2k and Ronnie2k play each other we'll have a better look at the improvements.

Nice videos...I don't understand why people think the gameplay will be changed just because its on next gen. Even if they wanted to build it from the "ground up", they probably didn't even have time to do that. Its exactly what we have on current gen other than nice, new shiny graphics and some new modes. Even with the sliding, yeah its better but it still looks pretty much like the sliding on current gen. But I never expected a completely new game, to me its just common sense but I don't want to insult anybody. I just hope people know they're just getting a graphical upgrade which a person like me does not care about at all.

Oh, and lol @ Bargs "twerking" for the Nets bench...

I love gameplay breakdowns because I definitely couldn't see these issues the first time watching these vids. Hopefully 2k can patch up these issues after release.

Disappointed with the warping I know rebounding will be a problem but I am expecting on ball defense as well. I actually think warping is worse on 14 than 13

Good point about which hand the player uses.

There's a play later when someone uses their left hand for the layup when:
A) it's clear they should have laid it up with the right to avoid the defense.
B) the player even is a RIGHT HANDED PLAYER. Why would he lay it up with the left?

2K needs to work on the AI decision-making for when they should use the left hand or when they should use the right.

No disrespect.but it is a video game. It's gotta be a margin of acceptance of little things like this happening regardless if it's 2k, Madden our even grand theft or battlefield. As long as it's not a constant occurrence I think we can live with it. I understand when graphics get ramped up ppl watch and critique with a fine comb but I find it counterproductive. It makes most of us that would never notice these minuscule little imperfections start looking for problems instead of enjoying how great these games are. Just my opinion

What's funny is people thinking 2k doesn't know about these things, and cloaking the complaints as 'constructive criticism'.. Such hubris!

The fact is this stuff is hard to do.. If it was a matter of some mouth breather pointing out a few frames of a video, then they go in and wave a magic wand, it would already have been fixed.

The game improves as it goes on.. Have realistic expectations and enjoy it.

also another point:
if 2k is going to give us the option to bounce/flashy pass then auto bounce/flashy passing shouldn't be in the game. that hinrich play brings me back to soo many bad memories.

It's fair to continue to point these out as long as people don't start getting belligerent about it. I don't think the OP was so it's all cool. You are also right. As long as a reasonable level of progress continues to be made, what can you do. Easy problems are the ones you DON'T see.l because they get fixed.
