Who to play with in MyGM Help

Hey All,

I'll have my ps4 on Friday and I'm trying to figure out who to play with in the MyGm mode. I am a Lakers fan but I always find it hard to play season modes with you favorite team because of attachments to plays. I am always interested in playing with a bad team and making them better (as I'm sure a lot of you are) so I've been thinking of starting with Utah based upon how the real life season has started, but what do you all think? Any ideas or suggestions? Who are you all planning on playing with?

The Sixers! Even though they have started off pretty okay this season, they actually do suck. However, they have a talented PG in MCW and a talented C in Nerlens Noel, Evan Turner has got some talent at the SG spot too. But what's most important about the Sixers is that they will get a top 5 pick which most probably will turn out to be a future All-Star.

I think the Sixers will be the best team for rebuilding in MyGM, the rebuilding will take some years though. If you want to contend right out of the gates, just choose the Bulls, the Clippers or the Thunder. I feel like managing the Heat will be fun for a few years, up until LeBron leaves, and then you will have to rebuild the team...

The Bobcats. Because MJ should return to the nba to school lebron instead of sucking as GM.

Utah's who I'm gonna use for a rebuild. So much young talent and a safe bet for a Top 5 pick.

In this mode, if I chose the Lakers and we didn't make the playoffs, it sounds like I would be fired even though they are in a rebuilding year? I'm confused by this mode a little bit.
