I'll start it off with the main aspects I'm sure most of us MyGM/Association players want to know:
1. Easily the most important one. How is potential? Is it a linear progression? Are there other factors that dictate whether a player reaches their potential? Is the league a mess after five years because potential is far too high for most players?
2. Trade logic and free agent logic. How is it? Is Chris Paul going to be signing with Cleveland to be Kyrie Irving's backup? Do teams hand out contracts based on stats as opposed to "overall rating"? Do teams actually have a plan when team building? Do rebuilding teams trade away veterans for picks and prospects? Do contending teams do the opposite? Do some teams opt to stay mediocre long term (Bucks), and others trade away talent to set themselves up with cap space? Do teams trade away stars if they have half a year left on their contract and are likely to leave?
3. The sim engine. In team stats, do most teams still have a disproportionate amount of FTA, too few 3FGA, and subsequently way too high FG%? Is Total Sim Control still in the game? If so, has it been expanded and is there a wider range of results from it?
4. How is the ability to promote assistant coaches and sign other teams assistant coaches?
5. Does each team have all their real staff members, from assistant coaches, to scouts, to trainers?
These are the most important questions IMO, but feel free to add anything else for the PS4 guys to answer in two days.
Edit: 6. Are all the rules of the 2011 CBA finally implemented? Can we do sign and trades? Does the salary cap still randomly go up by 2 million every year like it did in CG and 2k13?
