ps4 closes my career?

This has happen at least 3 times today, i would be playing a game in my career and it would sometimes randomly close nba 2k14 during the end of my game or during the interview after the game saying theres a problem and you can send a report or not. Is my career corrupted??

Edit - Ok so right when my player is done answering a reporters question during the post game, the game automatically closes the game... Any help?

From what I've heard the day one patch messed everything up for most of the games.

New consoles and games are gonna have problems a while at release. It's only been a couple of days.

I jealeous that i don't have a ps4 yet but Im kinda happy that it's not released until 29 november here in Sweden so they might have fixed some of the kinks

I also experienced some issues with the game locking up and closing while trying to load "my career", and if it did manage to make it past the initial load, it would lock up shortly after while trying to "continue" and make my way to my next game.

To fix, I disconnected my PS4 from the internet in the settings menu and everything worked fine. Not sure if that is coincidence or not, but this game does seem to have a lot of ties to the cloud and internet structures, I wouldn't doubt that errors like this could be network related and still have drastic effects on offline play.

i had the exact same problem! i was on the phone for an hour with PlayStation all they had me do was delete everything and re download it still in the middle of re installing everything right now ill let you know what happens

Happens to me now. 2k also stole my money when buying VC. When I first bought my VC, the transaction lasted forever and broke the game. When I restarted the game, It says theres an error everytime I try and get my VC.

Game locked up on twice now on two different my players. And reinstalling doesn't work either. Game needs a patch now.

I've been playing this and Madden since release and have yet to have any freezing or anything.

In NBA its probably due to your internet connections letting out if you're getting freezing like you mentioned. Try a wired connection.

I've been reading around the internet and everybody is getting the same error on my career. It seems to give you the error when you purchase vc and upgrade your player. Lucky i can still play my park with my player though. People been tweeting LD2k about this so I'm sure he will inform the devs about this issue.

I made it all the way to the rising stars game and while I'm a min. Into the game ...it closes with the report error message...it happened to me b4..so I reinstalled it and it did the same thing... Wth!?!?

This just happened to mycareer file as well. After the patch, I restarted mycareer, made it all the way to the game before the allstar break and it's crashed three times immediately following the post game on the court interview.

Is there a fix for this or is this file sunk? Appreciate any help ya'll have on the issue.
