GameStop sold my Xbox One..
 

I called gamestop yesterday to make sure my PREORDERED xbox one was still there and they told me yes. About 15 minutes later, I got to gamestop and they told me it was gone. I thought they had to keep it for at least 2 days? Now I have to wait for more to come in. All because GameStop screwed up. Just letting everybody know so this doesn't happen to others in the future

I'm up and running with no problems. Just tested IE and wow is that thing fast...



Hopefully I'll get some time later as wifey wants to hangout in the theater area.

When the Xbox 360 was going to come out, I went in to pre-order one and they said they had no more reserves available. I was kind of bummed out for a second, but then I asked them if it made a difference if I could pay for it in full at that moment. They looked at each other, looked at something in the computer, and then sold me the pre-order on the spot. I assumed that somebody might not have gotten theirs, but that wasn't my problem. I'm really not surprised to hear that a Gamestop did this.

And to the OP - Dude my heart goes out to you bro. The excitement and anticipation all built up, and you walk in and they tear it down. Hope it all turns out OK, and they take care of you -

If you payed anything go get the money back and go drive around stores might be lucky to find one

I had $250 paid on it and they gave it back but that was pretty much it. They didn't really say anything else. Hopefully I can get one soon
