GameStop sold my Xbox One..

I called gamestop yesterday to make sure my PREORDERED xbox one was still there and they told me yes. About 15 minutes later, I got to gamestop and they told me it was gone. I thought they had to keep it for at least 2 days? Now I have to wait for more to come in. All because GameStop screwed up. Just letting everybody know so this doesn't happen to others in the future

When the Xbox 360 was going to come out, I went in to pre-order one and they said they had no more reserves available. I was kind of bummed out for a second, but then I asked them if it made a difference if I could pay for it in full at that moment. They looked at each other, looked at something in the computer, and then sold me the pre-order on the spot. I assumed that somebody might not have gotten theirs, but that wasn't my problem. I'm really not surprised to hear that a Gamestop did this.

I had $250 paid on it and they gave it back but that was pretty much it. They didn't really say anything else. Hopefully I can get one soon

yea if you dont pick it up within 48 hours they will sell it. i used to work at gamestop they can do that and not get in trouble

Check in-store availability of Targets around your area.

5 targets within my 20 mile are have Ones in stock. No PS4s available at any.

That was your first mistake. You have a contract with them and you fulfilled your end. I would have made a fuss, made them get the owner on the phone, called the BBB, etc. In the end I would have accepted nothing less than $50 per day that I don't have my One.
