None of the gamemodes work for me...
It gets stuck on the loading page, every game mode. Can't play nothing. Spent $70 on this game and can't even play it. 2k support is doing nothing, except enjoying their weekend while I'm stuck with a broken game I payed for that does absolutely nothing. This makes no since at all, can I sue? This is just unbelievable.Tags: None -

Same thing happened to me. I got around this by uninstalling (go to "my games and apps" on the X1 home page, click the menu button on the controller and select uninstall) and re-downloading. However, i let the game fully download before trying to play it, and i can now get on the court. The game still crashes though...thats another problem altogether.It gets stuck on the loading page, every game mode. Can't play nothing. If you are on xbox 1 are you signed in? Same thing happened to me but i wasn't signed in. I went ahead and signed into my account and everything worked again.Comment

I am having the same issue with a downloaded copy on Xbox One. I uninstalled and redownloaded, but the issue persists.
Also haven't heard anything from 2K support since filing a complaint.Comment

1-Uninstall the game.
2-Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to clear system cache.
3-Unplug the console from the wall AND the back of the console and wait 2 minutes.
4-Plug the power back in, turn the console on and re-install the game.Comment

now I understand why they've been slow on the roster updates (should take 3 days max 1-2 people) & 1/2 the company was probly in nyc for the 2k sports bball tourney... Hope they are hiring NOW. 2k slacking hard & we are paying.Comment
