    ROS Editors, It Makes No Sense To Use Latest 2K Roster…

    I just came to the realization that it makes absolutely no sense for us roster editors to use the latest Official 2K Roster Update (with all the injured players, Kobe, Rose, etc…) due to the fact of not having the option to save to the HDD & not being able to take players off the injured list.

    If u edit their ratings, tendencies, sig shots, heights, wights, accessories, etc… there will be another 2K update in a few weeks that u will have to the the same edits ALL OVER AGAIN. Their is no way around it.

    Best thing to do is just edit the 1st Official 2K Roster and due without the added reserved players (they get no playing time anyway) this way u don't have to keep starting from scratch every time 2K releases a new updated roster.

      It might keep them out for quick game, but roster editors make them for use in game modes, which remove all the injuries at the beginning. So really the injuries don't affect that.

          I think it makes particular sense to use this one as it adds most of the players who will be seeing significant time this year. Not having Faverani/Pressey really made a Celtics franchise less attractive to me.

              Yeah pretty disappointing, I don't know what to do, I want to use the new rosters for the missing players but I've done so much editing to shots and gear, I don't know if I want to do it again and again.

                  Obviously it would all be easier if they just released an updated roster with no injuries for offline play. I mean, is that really asking too much?

                          Are you kidding me? Hollis Thompson for the 76ers starts Brandon Davies & Lorenzo Brown are also in rotation for the 76ers
                          Vitor Faverani was starting & is still in the rotation for the Celtics
                          D.J. Augsutin has lost his spot in the rotation for the Raptors to Dwight Buycks Matthew Delledova has started 3 times already and has been constantly in rotation for the Cavs
                          Gigi Datome has been getting clock for the Pistons
                          Gal Mekel is the backup point guard for the Mavericks
                          Nick Calathes is 2nd backup point guard for the Grizzlies
                          Robbie Hummel is also in the rotation for the Timberwolves

                          As you can see many of the players 2K added in the update do get lots of playing time.

                              Dude we are not the enemy. 2k has made the mistakes not us, in general these guys don't get a lot of time with the exception of a few but the fact they don't include these guys from the jump is messed up and then they don't use the correct faces for the player is the crazy part. 2k needs to be called out on this plain and simple.

                                      I'm guessing there will be another roster update tomorrow or Tuesday so we can get Kobe back in the line-up.

                                              Smh, I don't know what to say, I mean I understand the roster updates because when you start he association or my gym the injuries go away but what about things like players being added, jersey's and sneaker changes. I'm so confused on why things are like this.

                                                  as far as editing goes.. the person who created the new roster management system for next gen needs to be fired from 2K Sports.. the online-only with no offline roster management is horrible! I have to keep going to create roster and edit rotations, accessories etc. every time I want to play.

                                                      I'm with you all, this system is a pain in the arse and quite useless. I've already tweeted Ronnie2K and LD2K linking them this thread. I suggest you guys to do the same, because otherwise they won't even realize how anoying NG rosters are.

                                                      It's not fair that we don't have a full roster without injuries since we haven't the ability to create players; plus it shouldn't be so hard to do.
