I used to play it quite a while back when I tried some online hockey leagues for the first time (I don't know a ton about hockey )

I don't remember much about the game, except that I did think it was pretty cool.

Played the crap out of this game when I had a PC, recently got it running on my MacBook, very addicting, and I am right back into it. Lots of great mod sites that have kept this game alive like ehmtheblueline. Also check out Franchise Hockey Manager from Out of The Park Developments, the same guys that make Out of the Park Baseball. FHM is still a work in progress, but it is really coming along.

What are you doing to play this on a Mac? Last time I tried, I wasn't able to because the new OS didn't allow this older application (I can't remember the exact reason)

I just re bought it. I tried FHM and while I think it's going to be a great game, the bugs for me are impacting my experience so I'm going to wait for the real patches to come before I play it again

EHM is old, but thanks to ehmtheblueline.com the game continues to thrive thanks to some great rosters and packs.

I messed around with some programs, I found some instructions on ehmtheblueline, and was able to get it going, which I was surprised because I am not very computer literate, let alone Mac literate, lol
