I would uninstall the game, and then reinstall it. I've never seen that problem with the game. Hopefully it was just a bad install.

I will have it installed and uninstalled at least 5 times but nothing is installed then just freezes I press start on the initial image of Irving, I do not know whether to reset all the ps4 sincerely sorry

This must be a ps4 thing, there is a sticky in the 2k forums with this same error code.

That video just shows a guy deleting his BF4 files (and losing his campaign). I am now in the saved data in system storage in LIVE. Two files are there. Settings and my saved dynasty. I guess I'll try deleting them.

I have definitely seen an increase in game crashes since downloading today's update.

I've crashed about four times today since updating to version 1.03.

It seems to have made the game much more unstable.

I am still yet to be able to load it. I guess I will try over the weekend.


I am starting to HATE next gen. I have a young son and my time to play is very limited. It's gotten to the point where I need to have some time to myself (wife and son both asleep) AND that time coincide with these products actually working. Working + family = limited time. When I boot up a game, it's to chill and lay back. Yet 80% of the time it's just frustration. I may just go back to reading more books.

I can't play one game:-(, the error show after the installion without a patch or with patch :-(

I had to disconnect my internet cable. I.e. play offline.


The update installed correctly, so I am on version 1.03 and can play that offline.


But I 100% can't play online or play the challengers or live season etc. Automatic crash the moment I try.

Played offline again and it completely froze. Deleted the game AND title updates, reinstalled it and it worked fine. Downloaded the title updates and it's crashed to the C348780 screen every time. Very, very, very frustrating.

Finally fixed it


Long story and hours and hours of trying things, but I pulled out an old router I had and re hooked up my entire network to it / now run everything through it and lo and behold, it works. Live updates perfectly. Note: before it said I had version 1.03 and, in fact, I didn't. The "notification" said that I had the title update downloaded and installed. Actually, it wasn't even there and was instead dropping to CE3487-0. Once I finally (over 50 crashes to the blue screen the past few days since the title update) got past all that, it installed the 3 updates/latest rosters perfectly.


I have absolutely no idea why a title update wouldn't work before I used my old router and changed my entire network set up. PS4 seems very, very fragile. To anyone getting the blue screens and CE34878-0 I sincerely wish you luck.

you may want to post this in the 2k section as well if you havent already. might help people who are still getting crashes even after the patch.
