I haven't checked to see if MyGM was reset, but MyPlayer's appearance was reset (but not his attributes.) Just open a support ticket. -

I had only upgraded most of my scouting in mygm and mine was NOT reset. But I do think you should put in a support ticket.Go Colts, Go Irish!!

My ticket was just never updated and a fix for the bug I was stuck at was in the patch.2k support is trash... Im still waiting for a response since dec 11 as seen below

It usually takes them over a week to respond, and no matter how detailed your initial question is, they will ask you for a general template set of information. Then after you give them that, it will probably be over a week before they get back to you again.
They clearly just don't have enough people working in support. Not spending enough money on servers + insufficient support + online requirement to play most game modes = disaster waiting to happen.Go Colts, Go Irish!!

A week? mines been in since nov 16thMy ticket was just never updated and a fix for the bug I was stuck at was in the patch.
It usually takes them over a week to respond, and no matter how detailed your initial question is, they will ask you for a general template set of information. Then after you give them that, it will probably be over a week before they get back to you again.
They clearly just don't have enough people working in support. Not spending enough money on servers + insufficient support + online requirement to play most game modes = disaster waiting to happen.Comment

Checked MyGM; I was not reset. It seemed like it at one point, but I think that was because of a server issue. If you have a MyGM saved already, try opening it and seeing if that GM was put back to 0, or if it's only when you start a brand new MyGM.
I'm not saying their support is great, but tweeting them your ticket number certainly helps.Comment

If on PS4, we'd suggest the following steps from Sony:
From this guide, what we'd suggest is the "Rebuild Database" option. Note: The Initializing option does state that it will wipe your date. When booting into Safe Mode, please make sure not to choose this option.
If this does not help, a few questions answered will be able to further assist us:
- Please try changing your equipment, especially that which changes stats. Are there any changes when and swapping out certain pieces of gear?
- What was the last action taken when last playing without issue.
- What process did you follow when turning off your console after this previous gaming session?
- Are you using a previous account from a PS3, or a newly created account?
- Did you move around any of your save files? For instance, copying a MyCareer file to a different slot?

Didn't work, all MyGM upgrades, about 20K in VC, still missing, still no responses from 2K. I can't even access the support ticket on the site it says it's gone I guess I have to do another one lmao.
Why isn't there a lawsuit out already? If you pay for VC they have to deliver it to you right. This is ridiculous, I can't even edit my damn rotation anymoreComment
