Question about signature skills..

When you progress through my career, will cpu players gain signature skills/personality badges etc? I know attributes of players go up and down but will young players who don't currently have any skills develop them? My feeling is no they won't but has anyone played through MC enough to notice if they do?

At the start of MC, Ellis has no "special skills" (etc. floor general etc), now mid January, he has 2. My only question is, one of his is "microwave"....but I dont see that in the choices for my player. LOL!

I asked because I'm on the Raptors with MC and there are a lot of young players who don't have many (if any) skills.
