Self-explanatory, really. Decided to refashion the league with completely fictional rosters. Started with some CAPs, but didn't want every player to be listed as a rookie and/or be devoid of historical stats, so I had to just edit most existing players, renaming them, tweaking ratings to make them effectively different players, moving them to different teams, etc.
For example, since Tom Brady has a accrued a mountain of stats over the course of his career, I renamed him Luke Stratton, changed some of this ratings, and put him on the Rams. Seeing Brady's real face breaks the immersion of a fictional league, but it's what I got to work with.
Still renaming some players, editing their ratings, and moving them around. Trying to create a few powerhouses (I made the Titans really tough) along with a few dogs, but also trying to balance youth and age, salaries, and depth on all teams. Want a few teams to be loaded, but possibly in cap trouble.
I figure after a few years into a CCM with this fictional roster, the added fictional players acquired from the Draft will help round it out.
