Coach profiles

Why don't they work like they say they do? Meaning if I set the help d to a 100 there is no way the offense should b able to get in the lane. However all it seems to do is make your defense act ********. What I'm looking for is a defense so that the back line helps at the rim but the perimeter guys stay on their men.

it depends on the players def. awareness rating.

What are y'all putting coach profile settings on? Just starting a new association with the Celtics and haven't touched the CP settings.
