Why do you want to start with real life injuries? The season isn't going to happen the way it does in real life.

You would need to start an Association and then save it to our flashdrive and boot it up into your cpu/laptop and you must have REDITOR MC with the correct license to open up association files and you can edit it like you would a rostser file, with the only difference being that you can remove all the generic coaches that 2k inserts when you start a new association and you can replace them with the actual coaching staffs for every team and put former coaches who aren't coaching right now into the generic spots for a coaches free agency pool.

Well of course it wouldn't if you don't replicate the injuries.
