Im a clemson fan and it seems like no one has respect for us. id really like to know why from an outsiders view, because ive never seen a school get so much hate and disrespect as Clemson (even though we are very good to great right niw)

Yeah nobody hates Clemson. And they certainly aren't the only school that gets joked around about here. I will say that a big part of them "not getting any respect" is brought on by them Clemsoning. I'm not sure when the trend started, but losing the Orange Bowl 70-33, then a few games since then, including getting blown out by Florida State at home (Death Valley lol) as a Top 3 team.Boston Red Sox

it's not limited to this forum, but it is a joke. Almost every school gets ripped on and has their jokes.
Clemson has Auburn With A Lake, "death valley", and Clemsoning
LSU has corn dogs (however lame that joke may be), clock management and "-eaux"
Auburn has Ongoing Investigation and Bag Man
Michigan State has SPARTY, NO!
Ohio State has free tattoos
SMU has 5 Dead Hookers
Texas has (or had) Mack Brown recruited ______ as a safety

Yea, if you come in the college football forum be prepared to get ragged on man. Everybody's team has something to joke about, which makes this forum a total blast. Hell, USC was the biggest punchline in the past four seasons because of Lane Kiffin's shenanigans.

One of my buddies is a USCe alum and even he doesn't really hate Clemson.
