Charlotte Bobcats CAP Dynasty Sign-Ups

Like with my Western Colorado Football Dynasty, I’m once again back on the PS2. However, unlike with NCAA football, I’m not back on the PS2 because I think basketball is superior on the 6th generation consoles. I’m back because I’m not a huge NBA fan and haven’t bought a game since NBA Live 05.

I’m sure NBA 2K blows ’05 out of the water, but the cost for me to play ’05 is free. Overall I’m a fan of how the game plays and have recently found some sliders that have me excited about playing the game again. So, rather than play with an actual real team’s roster, I always like creating players for basketball. It’s fairly simple and doesn’t take many people to respond to fill out the entire team.

We'll replace the Charlotte Bobcats and I'll be trading our star players (basically Okafor and Wallace) for draft picks.

Read below so you know how I want this done. In other dynasty sign-ups I've had people not read and give me exactly what I DON'T want.

I cannot stress this enough, the point of this is NOT to make a juggernaut team. I want a team that's middle of the road that can compete. If you give me an outrageous Scouting Report I will make you average or may even skip it totally. Have some pride and evaluate yourself tough (if you suck at rebounding, you suck at rebounding).

1. I want your skills on a High School level (I would say High School average skill is about a C+).
2. Write your player up as a Scouting Report. Letter grades are needed at each attribute. Numbers will NOT be accepted!
3. Give me your real height and weight (I'll adjust according to your position).
4. For Birthday, give your month and day, while giving your desired age and I will adjust for the birth year.
5. If High School, I DO want a high school name. I will work it into the dynasty.

I understand if you don’t want to give me your real name or real personal info. At least make it realistic and not make it a complete joke. Lastly, as seasons move forward in the dynasty, we’ll potentially have draft picks replace members who have signed up.

(If it gets to that point) I’ll base off who to replace by who is active in the actual dynasty thread, checking up on their player. You don’t necessarily have to comment, simply “liking” posts lets me know you’re reading and didn’t just create a player and then vanish.

Quickness: B+ -- Pretty quick, I've always seemed to be more quick than fast

Passing: B- -- Pretty good passer if I'm thinking clearly, sometimes try to force things

Off. Awareness: B- -- I tend to sit outside the 3 point arc, but I'm good at finding the open man as well.

I like what I'm seeing so far, guys. I want to make sure people are giving me a college name if from college or a high school name if coming from the HS ranks. Also, don't be worried about certain positions filling up too quickly. Make you for what you are. If height happens to be our team weakness, then so be it.
