Following rules are set to keep the league authentic and flowing in case people quit or join late etc
-Relocations: OFF
-Trades: 3 max trades a year per team, 1 trade a wk limit, you can receive no more than 2 players from a CPU team, Draft PIcks counr as players. Trading weeks are week 1, 3, 5. FreeAgent Brodying!(no mass releasing players yr1)

-if your not past the opp 25yd line you must punt or kick a field goal
-you can go for it on 4th only if your losing by 14pts or more.
-any team can go for 4th down if in the last 4min of the 4th quarter.
Madden has a hidden momentum meter that the home team starts with this is a game and is not a true representation of the real thing. running up the score is so easy because of this so play real leave the glitchin for the noobs.
GENERAL SETTINGS:
min:7 (ACC off) , speed: Fast (helps with full game stats and real feel reaction)
Diff: All Madden/Custom
Sliders: Njkroc's Realism Sliders 2014 (CPU mimics the USER for a realistic play style= imo)
Injuries: Off year 1 (guarantees full roster progression for yr 2)
Rosters: SuperBowl updated (the way the players should be rated)
Stamina: increased to replicate full game fatigue and force realistic subs (coaches set auto subs to the following settings please: sub out83 , sub in100)
User vs User games will be strategic so run and gun will be no fun especially since stamina is increased because we play half the time (7min). you will get realistic play counts and Substitution REPS so know your roster as well as your playbook as well as your players RATINGS.
Please show respect for the league, me and all its gamers by adhereing to the following
1-NO DUCKING- don't join or go instant (autopilot) PLEASE don't slow down the league. I will message one time for a user v user time confirmation.
2-LEAGUE SIMS every 2days at 3am EST, before I go to work here in NJ. Remember the Sim days I want to be fair but league has to move. I do check everyday tho.
3a- Restart are allowed during preseason ONLY.
3b- Restart during regular season will follow a 3 strike policy punishable by removal of 1 trade per restart. continued violation = team changed
3c- post seasons restarts are an automatic boot.

I would love it if when we pick our teams people would space out around the conferences maybe limit 2 to a conference to start. this will limit too many user v user games to start the season slowing the league down. you pick whoever though im no Comishzilla!
