Beltran was a 98 overall last year. MLB's ratings are significantly higher than a game like NBA 2k or Madden. Since there are so many positions a 95+ only means they play that position well and doesn't necessarily make them an MVP candidate. I am sure you knew that anyways.

I guess I'll play along too.

MLB tends to overrate our veterans and underrate the younger guys. I hope our young pitchers all get their appropriate ratings. I don't want to be using Wacha online if he is only like a 74 overall with a mediocre changeup.

Looks like everyone is overrating their own team, not that that should be surprising I guess. There is no way a guy like Michael Wacha deserves a 90 already. He has 64 big league innings, not including postseason. Alfonso Soriano a 92? What year is this?

                    Twins guy kept it real.

                              Twins guy kept it real.
Shelby Miller was a 93 overall last year at the end of the season.

Puig jumped up to a 93 overall while only playing 2 months.

I don't see any justification for Wacha being anything under an 86 when SCEA has a history of quick attribute boosts.
