Offensive Coordinator Advice
 

To All,

I am going to start a dynasty as an offensive coordinator and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions within setting limitations on themselves as holding that position? The head coach makes the final say, at least I would believe it to be true in a real situation. So, I was wondering if anyone has had any success with this method as a coordinator? Some things I do as a coordinator is, I don't recruit, I let the AI do all of that. I only select starting lineups for the side of the ball I am coaching, and same thing for redshirting guys. I only redshirt the side of the ball I am coaching.
